Doug Folsom

Doug Folsom is the CEO of Pursuit Aerospace, a Kaizen focused manufacturer of highly-engineered components for aircraft engines. Doug recently was the CEO of Whitcraft where he led the business for over five years. During this time, Whitcraft grew from three facilities to twelve through six major acquisitions. Folsom was named CEO following the merger of Whitcraft and Paradigm Precision in February of 2023.

He has decades of experience in executive leadership, primarily in aerospace. He spent 27 years of his career at GE where he rotated through roles of increasing responsibility including Finance Manager, Master Black Belt, Plant Manager, and General Manager. While at GE, he earned certification as a Master Black Belt and Master Lean Leader. Folsom holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Maine.

He is a native of Conway, NH where he grew up in a family machine shop.
