Doug is a highly accomplished Senior Supply Chain Executive with over 25 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Previously serving as Executive Director of Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality OSC&Q at Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Douglas oversaw a multi-billion dollar Naval Power Mission Area. In this role, he lead a team of over 200 professionals across six sites and managed a multi-billion dollar annual budget. His efforts ensure the successful delivery of advanced system solutions, including sensors, precision weapons, and command and control systems, to safeguard allied naval forces worldwide.

Throughout his career at Raytheon Technologies, Douglas has held numerous leadership roles, including Senior Director of Global Supply Chain and Director of Subcontract Partnering and Compliance. He has demonstrated expertise in strategic and international sourcing, supplier relationship management, and U.S. and international defense operations. His ability to integrate cross-functional teams and negotiate high-stakes contracts has been instrumental in meeting financial targets, mitigating supply chain disruptions, and securing multi-billion dollar defense programs.

A visionary leader with a proven record of business transformation, Doug is known for his collaborative approach and dedication to innovation. He holds a Master of Engineering in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. He is also a Raytheon Six Sigma Expert and has completed numerous leadership programs, including Raytheon’s Accelerated Leadership Impact Program. Douglas’ commitment to operational excellence and strategic partnerships has earned him several prestigious awards, including the Raytheon Missiles and Defense President’s Award in 2021.
